All About Coconut Oil: Part One

I’ve decided to dedicate my next few posts on this amazing product we call coconut oil. Coconut oil gained popularity in recent years because of all the coconut oil uses that have been discovered.

Coconut oil comes from the meat of mature coconuts from coconut palms, which are ubiquitous in tropical areas. Even before coconut oil was used in the commercial setting, residents of tropical countries had been using coconut oil for many generations. How exactly is coconut oil extracted from coconuts? This is what we’ll focus on today. There are two ways of extracting coconut oil, which are wet and dry processing. Wet processing uses raw coconut and an emulsion of oil and water is made. The oil is extracted through the process of boiling or centrifuging. The drawback with this method is that it yields less oil than dry processing and is more expensive. Dry processing, on the other hand, uses copra or the dried coconut meat. The copra is either dissolved with the use of solvents or pressed in order to extract the oil. The oil is then refined, bleached, and deodorized in order to produce RBD oil.

These days you can get some really cool super zip line kits that have everything you could possibly need to build a zip line ride in your backyard. This has to be one of the best investments I made to keep my Kids busy in the yard.

Installing the kit is fairly easy depending on your level of DIY expertise. The hardest part I found was to tension up the cable to the right point, a tool was included in the kit to help do this. I was fortunate to have a nice big tree in my yard to build the ride on but if you do not then you would have to come up with another idea, like using a wooden pole with a ladder to start the ride.

I’m pregnant and I’m in the process of planning the baby’s room. We need everything including the crib. We will need a changing table, a crib, and a rocking chair to start and then we can add more as we need to. I’m having a girl, so we are going to paint the room in a pretty pink and green color. I want to find a cute rug for her room too and the curtains to match. I started looking for Nursery Furniture online and found some package deals that look pretty good. World of Warcraft gives players a digital world to level their character and fight enemies in dungeons. All characters have a certain amount of health, denoted by a green bar located at the top left of the screen. The enemies you fight and environmental or situational damage can lower your health. Thus players should restore it fast. One way is bandaging. Different bandages help players to restore different amounts of health. Players can make bandages with the profession called First Aid.

First of all, you should find a trainer in first aid. These NPCs (Non-Player Characters) are in all major cities and small towns near Horde and Alliance areas. For instance, if you’re doing WOW leveling for orc, the closest small town is Razor Hill and First Aid trainer. There is an orc called Rawrk.

Then, the next step you should do is to right click on the trainer and open the profession dialog box. Click on the “Train” buttom which is at the bottom right corner and learn “first aid apprentice” and “Linen Bandage”.

In addition, you should get the fabric needed by looting, if monsters while leveling your character, or the buying in the Auction House with WOW Gold. You can buy fabric in stacks of 20 and Auction Houses in major cities such as Orgrimmar and Stormwind.

Next, press “P” to open the Spellbook. This has all the skills your character, with tabs for professions, mounts and companions. Select the Profession tab, and click on the icon for First Aid to open the First Aid dialog box.

Next is to click “Create all” to make bandages, and make you have enough room in your inventory to hold them. With each bandage you create, you can get a skill point. When the strip of linen item is grayed out, it will no longer give you points.

Then, you should go to your trainer to learn “Heavy Linen Bandage” to create these to go on leveling. The blue bar at the top of the First Aid box will tell you how far you are in the current skill level. When the blue bar is full, you should go back to your trainer to learn “Journeyman First Aid”.

Repeat this process until you reach Grandmaster First Aid and Level 400. Head to your entered? Honor and learn first aid “Bandage Heavy Frostweave.” With the Cataclysm expansion, you no longer need the manual Bandage Heavy Frostweave to learn the skill.
