Bodybuilding Tips for the Time Challenged

We all have a ton to do each day. We go to work, we spend time with the family and oh yeah, we work out occasionally to build the body we desire. But, when push comes to shove it is our workout that suffers. And, here’s a few bodybuilding tips I’ve used during those busy periods.

1. Make a plan! Most of us enter the gym with no plan in place. And, as a result we waste a great deal of time walking like zombies from one piece of equipment to the other. What a waste! If you are spending more than 30 minutes TOTAL per workout it is too much!

2. It’s not social hour! The other big mistake we make at the gym is that we spend time talking to anyone and everyone that crosses our path. Why do we do this? It’s typically because we violate rule #1 and just stumble into the gym.

3. Lift Hard! the final mistake we make is that we don’t lift hard enough. And, as a result we must do multiple sets to get a “burn”. Why not just lift as hard as possible for as quickly as possible? Your body will love you for it!

I’m sure many of you have questions bugging you like “How do I gain weight fast? Or how can I achieve that body all the girls are digging?” Well my friends, workout, diet, and supplement intake are not enough. We need discipline.

Yes, discipline. Discipline is the key word to every man’s success. If you don’t have it, then you will surely fail. Let’s take diet for an instance. Diet is just a mere word which has no meaning unless you put the D for discipline to it. No cheat days just yet. You must able to control your raging appetite. Workout also needs discipline. If you can’t drag yourself to go to the gym or jog everyday (or at least 3-4 times a week) then you cannot achieve your goal. Why else would you want and dream to have a body like your inspiration?
